Badwater Basin, Death Valley National Park, California
Late blue hour, and salt does something strange with it. White crust throws back almost everything that lands on it, so the colour of the sky ends up spread across the entire basin instead of staying up where it belongs. Telescope Peak anchors the far side. The salt formations still readable under the water are what keep this from tipping over into looking invented.
