Clouds Rest, Yosemite National Park, California

I asked the hikers how they had settled on this spot. One of them told me he had camped up here twenty times and that it was 'his spot' — a very funny thing to hear said about the summit of Clouds Rest. I framed it with the drop behind rather than the sky, so the tent reads as perched rather than merely pitched.
